Jonathan joined BWL as Senior Bid Writer in 2022 after working as a Bid Manager at a national building repair and maintenance specialist and a blue-chip real estate and asset management business.

Jonathan was promoted to Bid Consultant in October 2024. In his role, he is responsible for managing bids throughout the tendering process on behalf of our clients, ensuring that all requirements from the tender documentation are adhered to and that the client’s strengths and win themes are incorporated within the bid responses effectively. Jonathan also has experience representing BWL Group employees at board level.

Jonathan has 15 years’ experience in bid writing management and has a proven track record of working with management, technical, and operational teams to produce winning tender responses in construction, nuclear, environmental, public sector, housing, healthcare, utilities, and commercial sectors.

He has experience of managing teams including Bid Writers, Coordinators and Junior Estimators and undertaking various business development and capture planning activities that led to winning contracts with several UK and international organisations.
