Harman completed his law degree at Aston University and achieved Upper Second Class Honours. He then went on to complete his LPC and LLM at the University of Law, where he obtained a distinction. Harman was interested in commercial law and focused his studies on commercial subjects including property law and corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Harman’s experience includes:

• Drafting commercial contracts and agreements
• Client onboarding including source of funds checks and anti-money laundering procedures
• Experience of the full residential conveyancing process acting on behalf of the seller and the purchaser
• Acting for residential property clients on sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
