Anand is a Trainee Solicitor. His current seat is with the Construction and Projects Team.

Anand studied at the University of Birmingham and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree in 2020. Having completed his undergraduate degree, Anand studied at the University of Law and completed the Legal Practice Course and a master’s in law & business. Anand chose to feature his masters case study on the changes in tax law regarding Business Asset Disposal Relief (previously known as Entrepreneurs’ Relief) and its effects on young entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining the firm, Anand worked as a Legal Assistant at a well-established firm in central Birmingham.

Anand’s experience includes:

• Sharing a caseload with a fee earner and acting for house purchasers and sellers in residential conveyancing transactions.
• Assisting senior fee earners advising clients on construction contracts.
• Reviewing technical contract documents relevant to the construction, energy and infrastructure sector.
• Drafting construction contracts and agreements
