BWL’s Legal Team support General Contractor with dispute involving JCT construction contracts

Scope of works:

This dispute was concerned with the application of the valuation rules as found in the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with the contractor’s design 2016.

BWL Legal’s expert Dispute Resolution Solicitors were responsible for the drafting of the Notice of Adjudication, Referral Notice and witness statements.

The Team worked in conjunction with Govericks Limited, a quantity surveying firm with vast costs and claims experience in order to achieve a successful outcome.
