An effective mobilisation plan can be one of the most important elements of any tender. It describes the sequence of tasks that will be carried out during contract implementation or project mobilisation.
BWL has a team of in-house planners that produce a range of mobilisation plans to support clients tendering for major projects and contracts.
Clients will often require support developing mobilisation plans that encompass the key requirements of terms such as JCT, NEC3 and NEC4. We provide guidance and advice to client resources to understand the key activities, timings, predecessors, milestones and resources. Our experienced planners will also review each document released to ensure we capture all Employer requirements.
We are also able to develop MS Project and P6 mobilisation plans to contain detailed resource-loaded information, including day rates and working hours to calculate the total cost of mobilising and the resources required. This allows clients to illustrate resource build-up through the use of a histogram during the tender process, as well as avoiding resource capacity bottlenecks.
BWL develops mobilisation plans across a variety of sectors, including construction, nuclear, power generation, mechanical and electrical, asbestos removal, demolition, property development, fire and security, MOD, MoJ, roofing, and fit-out.
If you would like further information regarding mobilisation plans, then please contact us and a member of our team will discuss your requirements in detail.
