Fusion21 has published a tender for a new four-year national Grounds Maintenance Framework, estimated at £85 million. The framework will cover the provision of grounds maintenance and associated services for participating contracting authorities across the United Kingdom, including routine and reactive grass cutting, hedge and shrub maintenance, weed control, arboriculture, litter picking, leaf clearance, and winter services. The opportunity is open to SMEs and supports both national and regional coverage.

Tybalds Estate Regeneration – Design and Build Contractor (London Borough of Camden)
The London Borough of Camden is seeking to appoint a Design and Build Contractor with a proven track record of delivering mixed-use development in urban environments, specifically on constrained sites. The Tybalds Estate Regeneration is a significant scheme requiring experience of new build, mixed-use schemes with a total contract value in the region of £34 million.

UK Defence Training Estate Projects (Landmarc / Ministry of Defence)
Landmarc, the Industry Partner contracted by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) to manage the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE), is inviting new and prospective suppliers and subcontractors to register their interest in upcoming construction works across the estate. This notice covers a broad range of projects across the entire estate over a six-month period, making it an important opportunity for contractors of all sizes looking to access MOD supply chain work. The contract is confirmed as suitable for SMEs.

Total Facilities Management – Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNPA/CNC)
The Civil Nuclear Police Authority is seeking a Total Facilities Management supplier to support its entire property portfolio across England and Scotland, replacing the current arrangement of locally managed contracts with a single integrated provision. The scope covers hard and soft FM services across multiple sites. This opportunity is restricted to approved suppliers on the CCS RM6232 framework Lot 1b.

Major Projects Framework – Anglian Water Services
Anglian Water is tendering for a new Major Projects Framework to support the design and construction of major capital works across both its water and water recycling business streams. The framework will run for an initial five years from July 2026, with an option to extend for a further five years, and covers projects across the North East, East Midlands, and East of England regions. The procurement is being conducted via a multi-stage competitive flexible procedure, with Stage 1 being a Request for Information.

Primary Care Healthcare Waste – NHS Devon Integrated Care Board
NHS Devon ICB is seeking a provider to deliver a Primary Care healthcare waste collection and disposal service for General Practice and Community Pharmacy across Devon. The full service scope includes collection, transportation, storage, treatment, incineration, and the supply of reusable and single-use containers for clinical and pharmaceutical waste. The contract runs for an initial five years commencing October 2026, with possible extensions totalling a further four years.

Market Engagement: Brighton and Hove Strategic Energy Partnership
Ahead of a formal procurement process expected in Autumn 2026, Brighton and Hove City Council has opened preliminary market engagement for a major Strategic Energy Partnership. The SEP aims to bundle multiple asset categories, including heat networks in the city centre, a 10-hectare solar farm, rooftop solar, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and building retrofit across residential and commercial properties. The formal procurement is expected to represent one of the most significant local energy decarbonisation contracts of the coming year.
