Void Property Cleaning, Clearance and Specialist Cleaning Framework for Curo Places
Curo seeks contractors for its cleaning, specialist cleaning and clearance services to void properties across the Southwest region of England. The contracts shall be on an initial term of three years with a possible one-year extension (subject to performance).

Framework for Voids and other Maintenance Works for West Lancashire Borough Council
The Council wish to appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors to undertake higher value responsive maintenance, disrepair, damp, mould and condensation works, voids and capital reinvestment works to its housing and other communal properties and assets. The Framework will be for a 4-year period and the initial call-off contracts will be for 36 months with the option to be extended for a further two years.

Provision of Adaptations Works 2024 for Southend-on-Sea City Council
The Council seeks suitably qualified for a framework the supply and installation of bathroom, kitchen and other adaptation works, including associated building works, to owner occupied, privately-rented and RSL properties. The framework is split into value-specific lots for works over £25k and works under £25k.
