BWL Group hosts its annual Town Hall event at Weston Park

During the first week of August, our team at BWL Group attended our annual 2-day Town Hall event at the prestigious Weston Park in Shropshire. The house in Weston is steeped in history and provided a wonderful setting for our team to reflect on the success of the past 12 months, as well as put plans in place for the future.

Set in more than 1,000 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, offering luxury accommodation and conference facilities with a 5-star service, Weston Park provided the perfect backdrop to this year’s event. The agenda included a mixture of informative sessions from each of our business units, a celebration of progress and achievements to date, as well as some rather entertaining team bonding activities (who doesn’t love a game of rounders).

BWL’s Chief Executive Officer, Michael Lee, commented “I am extremely proud of our team and just how far we have come in recent years. This event, whilst a celebration of our achievements, was also an opportunity to share our future vision of BWL and to outline how each team member will be empowered to play an important role in achieving our goals”.
