BWL Legal announces internal promotions
BWL Legal Ltd is delighted to announce that Nathan Watts has been promoted to Associate Solicitor. This is a significant achievement, not least because Nathan is the first member of our legal team to have been promoted to this role.
BWL’s Chairman, Paul Benson, commented that “Nathan has had a huge impact on the success of BWL Legal Services in the past 18 months. I am delighted to announce his promotion”.
Nathan has been working at BWL Legal Services for almost 2 years. Based in our Birmingham office, he has proven to be a highly skilled litigator whilst working within our Dispute Resolution Team. Last year, Nathan was instrumental in advising a London-based design and build company regarding a complex dispute case. This was a lengthy process but resulted in a successful outcome and marked a significant win for our client.
Nathan studied for a Master’s in Law at Northumbria University and graduated with 1st Class Honours, before embarking on a professional career in the legal industry and settling at BWL in 2021. BWL Legal Services specialises in the provision of legal services to clients within the property and construction sectors.
The next 12 months look to be a very busy and exciting time for BWL’s Legal Services team, and Nathan is looking forward to building on his experience with commercial, property, and construction disputes within our Dispute Resolution Team. This includes adjudication, arbitration, and litigation cases that range from low-value disputes for specialist SMEs and individuals, to complex multi-million pound disputes with large-scale commercial contractors.
