Kevin is an experienced Senior Bid Consultant with over ten years of experience managing all aspects of the bid process, from capture planning and bid/no-bid evaluations to response storyboarding and bid writing, design, editing, and contract mobilisation.

Leading bids on behalf of BWL’s clients, he is responsible for managing the bid process from start to finish, focusing on collaboration with client contacts and stakeholders to capture and develop responses and ensure the highest-quality responses are delivered.

Kevin is process-driven and ambitious in his approach to producing evidence-based, high-quality bid responses. He focuses on building key themes throughout the bid that highlight our client’s strengths, unique attributes, and service offerings.

He has a sound understanding of procurement and tendering processes in both the public and private sectors. He has won bids in the utilities, infrastructure, nuclear, and construction sectors, including with the NHS, Ministry of Justice, Sellafield, Network Rail and National Highways.
