CCS Frameworks to Watch in 2026 and What Suppliers Need to Know

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) manages a rolling programme of framework agreements that give approved suppliers access to public sector contracts across the UK. For businesses that sell to the public sector, securing a place on the right framework can underpin years of pipeline activity, removing the need to qualify from scratch each time a buyer needs to procure.
Below is a summary of the CCS frameworks with tendering windows expected to open in 2026, or frameworks currently in market engagement ahead of formal procurement.

| Scope | New build, refurbishment, civil engineering and infrastructure, modular and offsite construction, mechanical and electrical services, and associated professional support. Replaces RM6088, RM6267, and RM6184 upon their expiry. Covers central government, local authorities, NHS, housing providers, education, and blue light services across the UK. Estimated value up to £80 billion excluding VAT over an eight-year term. ITT expected to open late March 2026 for approximately eight weeks. |

| Scope | Replaces RM6116 Network Services 3. Covers a wide range of networks and telecommunications services, products, and solutions for public sector organisations, including connectivity, unified communications, cloud networking, and emerging technologies such as IoT and smart cities. The final scope and lot structure are still being finalised following supplier and customer engagement. |
